These Terms of Service govern your use of AcroLinq, including https://acrolinq.com, the AcroLinq mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using AcroLinq, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to these terms
AcroLinq is operated by AcroLinq LLC ("AcroLinq," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AcroLinq LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AcroLinq.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AcroLinq. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to agree to these Terms.
What AcroLinq is
AcroLinq is a platform for discovering events, connecting with other users, exploring skills, tracking progress, sharing submissions, messaging training partners, and participating in community features related to acroyoga, partner acrobatics, and related movement practices.
AcroLinq is not a coaching, medical, therapy, transportation, rescue, emergency, identity-verification, or background-check service.
No safety guarantee
- We do not guarantee the identity, honesty, intentions, qualifications, experience, health, physical condition, or conduct of any user, organizer, teacher, venue, or third party.
- Unless we clearly say otherwise, AcroLinq does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification checks on users.
- Your interactions with other users, whether online or offline, are solely your responsibility. Use caution when messaging, meeting, training, traveling, attending events, or sharing personal information.
Physical activity and injury risk
Acroyoga, acrobatics, partner movement, conditioning, flexibility work, spotting, training, workshops, jams, and similar activities involve inherent risk, including serious injury, disability, or death. AcroLinq does not supervise, control, or guarantee the safety of any activity, event, partnering decision, teacher, organizer, venue, or training environment.
By using AcroLinq, you understand and voluntarily assume the risks that come with participating in physical activity or meeting people through the service.
Accounts and user responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably updated.
- You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, ownership, permissions, or affiliations.
- You may not create accounts through automated means, use another person's account, or sell or transfer your profile.
User content and media
- You are responsible for content you post, upload, submit, message, or otherwise make available through AcroLinq, including profiles, event submissions, skill submissions, messages, reports, images, videos, and external links.
- You represent that you own your content or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it to AcroLinq.
- You represent that your content does not violate another person's privacy, consent, intellectual property, publicity, or other legal rights.
- If you upload, link, or otherwise submit media showing identifiable people, you represent that you have any consent required to share that media.
- You grant AcroLinq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, review, reproduce, display, modify for formatting or accessibility, and use your content as needed to operate, moderate, protect, improve, and promote the service.
- You keep ownership of your content. This license allows us to run AcroLinq; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
AcroLinq intellectual property
AcroLinq, including the app, website, software, design, functionality, text, graphics, logos, marks, and other service content, is owned by or licensed to AcroLinq LLC and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AcroLinq for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or exploit AcroLinq or our content except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, exploiting, or impersonating others.
- Posting illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
- Soliciting money, investments, or unauthorized payments from other users.
- Using AcroLinq to promote unsafe training behavior as guaranteed safe.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with, or abusing the service.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings, skill submissions, reports, or profile information.
- Uploading malware, spam, automated scripts, or hidden tracking mechanisms.
- Violating another person's privacy, consent, intellectual property rights, or legal rights.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review content, investigate reports, remove or unpublish content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report conduct to appropriate authorities at any time to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or operate the service. We are not required to monitor all content or resolve every dispute between users.
Third-party links and services
AcroLinq may include links to third-party websites, ticketing services, maps, venues, social profiles, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, policies, availability, or conduct.
Modifications, interruptions, and corrections
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of AcroLinq at any time. We cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, current, or error-free. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in event details, profile information, pricing, availability, or other content at any time without prior notice.
User data and privacy
We maintain certain data that you provide or generate through AcroLinq to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve the service. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping copies of content or information that you need outside AcroLinq. Although we use reasonable safeguards, no service can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, unavailable, or accessed without authorization.
Electronic communications
By using AcroLinq, creating an account, sending us emails, or submitting forms, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. Electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AcroLinq, its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of AcroLinq, your violation of these Terms, your content, your violation of another person's rights, or harmful conduct toward another user you connected with through the service.
Disclaimers
AcroLinq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and safety.
We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user, organizer, teacher, venue, event, activity, third-party website, ticketing service, map provider, or other third-party product or service connected to AcroLinq.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcroLinq and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, opportunities, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of the service, your interactions with other users or third parties, or your participation in any activity, meetup, or event connected to AcroLinq.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the lesser of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD). Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
- You may stop using AcroLinq at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or if continued operation of the service is no longer practical.
- If your account is suspended or terminated, you may not create another account to bypass that action.
Governing law and disputes
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any lawsuit, the party raising a dispute agrees to first provide written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days after notice.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, if the dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by litigation in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii. You and AcroLinq LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
